5. Shipping and Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including customs delays, weather conditions, or carrier issues. We are not liable for delays once items are in transit.

6. Fees and Payments
All fees must be paid in full before shipment is released. Additional charges may apply for packages costing over 100USD, storage, or special handling.

7. Liability and Insurance
CSR Xclusive Shipping is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage of items during the transit process from USPS, UPS, FEDEX etc.

8. Customs and Duties
Customers are responsible for all customs fee. Delays caused by customs are beyond our control.

9. Package Handling and Storage
Packages not collected within the specified time (7 days) may incur storage fees. Unclaimed packages may be disposed of after a reasonable period (2 months).

10. Refunds and Claims
